Becoming a Counselor at Camp Assisi

Hello prospective counselor, As Saint Francis of Assisi once said, “For it is in giving that we receive”. Becoming a Counselor at Camp Assisi will start as you giving of yourself to assist young Catholics in strengthening their faith and formation. As prior counselors can attest, the act of giving in a summer camp environment will open you up to receive incredible blessings. We believe that while Camp Assisi should be fun for all, it starts with well formed Catholic adults setting the tone and example for how we as Catholics conduct ourselves. Daily mass, reconciliation and adoration are the pillars of camp. We look to you to help provide the “on the ground” support to inspire these young people to have some of the most memorable experiences of their lives. With your leadership, the campers will develop morals, character and relationships to last a lifetime and beyond. Please find below a link to an application to become a counselor. Camp Assisi is looking for young women and young men 18 years or older. Compensation is paid to counselors for their commitment and service to the Camp. Please email questions to campassisi@gmail.com.
